TADEO VRS, activity of the company DELTA PROCESS, whose headquarters is located at 4 bis avenue Raspail 94100 Saint Maur des Fossés, aims in particular to deliver LSF video-interpretation services and Live Speech Transcription (TIP) for communication between employees deaf or hard of hearing and their hearing professional entourage (employees, suppliers, customers, etc.). In this context, Delta Process is required to process personal data.
The purpose of this personal data protection policy is to inform people about the way in which this data is collected and processed, in compliance with the regulations in force and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation n° 2016/679 of European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("Regulation"), of the e-Privacy Regulation which replaces the Directive ePrivacy 2002/58/CE with the aim of harmonizing the management of cookies within the European Union, and all national legislation applicable to Data Protection.
